Shaan Agara

I'm a product leader and builder. By day, I work on AI strategy at PointClickCare. Outside of that, I build and open-source AI tools for product leaders and decision-makers. Observability for agents, HIPAA-compliant orchestration, AI personas for executive decisions, meta-agents you can spin up from plain English. Everything I ship is MIT licensed.

I've been a product executive for six years. Before PointClickCare, I led both product and engineering for a startup that was eventually acquired, and played a key role in making that acquisition happen.

I am currently pursuing a graduate-level program in artificial intelligence at Stanford University. Before that, I studied computer science at the University of Illinois and management at MIT Sloan. I advise AI and HealthTech startups at UCLA Anderson's Venture Accelerator, and I'm a founding member of Supra, an invite-only network for product leaders.

I follow startups closely and care deeply about how things get built from zero to one. Angel investing is something I'm actively exploring. Outside of tech, I follow Chelsea FC, watch way too much cricket, and read whenever I can find the time.
